Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about us or our employees?

You can submit your complaint to us by telephone or in writing by e-mail. Use the contact button at the bottom of this page.

What information do you report when submitting a complaint?

  • Your name, company name, your mobile (telephone) number and/or your email address;
  • A clear description of the nature of the complaint;
  • The name of the A.R.E employee involved. Audit & Advisory;
  • The circumstances and/or the reason for the complaint.

We will handle your complaint as follows:

  • We will send you a confirmation by email within a week. This includes, among other things, who your contact person is. He or she is not involved with the complaint or with the employee about whom the complaint relates;
  • We will process your complaint and contact you within a week to find a solution together. If we do not handle your complaint, you will hear this within two weeks;
  • We aim to handle your complaint within three weeks. However, this period can be postponed if we have insufficient information. We will inform you of this;
  • Your contact person will send you his or her findings of the investigation into your complaint and any conclusions;
  • Your complaint has been resolved accordingly and to your satisfaction.
